Welcome to The Fishery by Driscoll Foods, where quality meets the coast. With more than 25,000 pounds of fresh fish brought in weekly, our boat-to-table program sources directly from vessels along the Jersey Shore, ensuring exceptional quality and traceability. 

Every piece is cut to your specification by the hands of our crew of 14 skilled fish cutters, dedicated to craftsmanship and precision. We operate under the highest food safety standards—SQF and HAACP certified and routinely inspected by state shellfish authorities. The Fishery delivers premium seafood with integrity, from the dock to your kitchen.

Cash and Carry

Our Cash and Carry department offers our full catalog of products without a minimum and is available for pick up at your convenience. With 5 bay doors and 6 reserved customer parking spots, we aim to make each experience easy and efficient for all customers who take advantage of this delivery alternative. Interested in learning about how you can save more? Our attention to quality means that each and every meal is carefully put together in our facility under the supervision of ServSafe and H.A.C.C.P. certified production staff. What’s more, our prepared meal program offers many healthy meal alternatives such as: fresh fruits, vegetables and multigrain products that include pastas, rice, and bakery goods.
