Outside Sales Representative – Connecticut

What you’ll do:
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory
- Drive new business and strengthen existing accounts

What you bring:
- 3–5 years of foodservice sales experience

Night Warehouse Selectors
- Operate electric pallet jack and/or forklift
- Hand select orders within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, including freezer and cooler.
- Must meet or exceed efficiency standards established through an engineered production standard.
- Ensures that safety is a priority and reports any concerns to a Warehouse Manager
- Frequently lifts products that weigh 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds.
- Performs other miscellaneous duties assigned by management.
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Must be able to work required overtime to fill customer orders
- Voice selecting experience preferred
CDL B Licensed Truck Driver- For our Wayne, New Jersey Facilty
- Able to work a flexible schedule including any of the shifts (day, evening, night and weekend).
- Unload & load freight off/on trailers; lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights (up to 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally)
- Safely operate tractor-trailer combination
- Perform vehicle inspections required under section 396.13 of the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations.
- Maintain a current Class B CDL
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Possess and maintain a valid Class B Commercial driver’s license.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Safe driving record and history.
- Pass DOT drug test and have no prior positive tests or refusals.
- Up to date Medical Certificate.
Part Time or Full Time FORKLIFT TECHNICIAN/MECHANIC – For our Wayne, New Jersey facility
- Repairs and upgrades forklift trucks and pallets jacks by identifying problems, conducting test and finding resolutions.
- Repairs and upgrades forklift trucks and pallet jacks by listening to operators description of malfunction; conducting tests, identifying problem and resolution.
- Maintains vehicle maintenance and operational history by initiating and updating records.
- Maintains safe work environment by verifying vehicle safety device operation; following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Must have own tools
- Must be able to work weekends, overtime and holidays when needed
- Crown/Yale equipment experience preferred
- Electrical Troubleshooting experience required
Night Warehouse Supervisor- For our Wayne, New Jersey Facility
- Supervises the selection and loading of merchandise on delivery trucks.
- Hires, trains and retains night warehouse employees.
- Supports manager in scheduling employees to achieve production standards and accuracy.
- Ensures that Safety is a priority and reports any concerns to Warehouse Manager.
- Recommends and participates in employee coaching and disciplinary action.
- Assists the Night Warehouse Manager in achieving goals and objectives established by the company.
- Performs other miscellaneous duties assigned by management.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of warehouse(preferred foodservice) experience supervising 60+ employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Voice Selection technology
