Looking to set your menu apart from the competition? Then check out our state-of-the-art dry aging room. We dry age our meat for a minimum of 28 days under controlled humidity conditions, and then custom cut to your requirements.

Driscoll Foods is your source for top of the line ocean fresh seafood. We recently finished our SQF and HACCP certified Seafood Cutting Room in our Amsterdam facility where we hand process seafood in house to cater to customer specifications and requests. The room is equipped with an Ozinator which allows an added molecule of oxygen into the water, stripping out any bacteria and allowing for a 100% chemical free environment. 

Our seafood specialists have over 40 years of experience in all facets of the seafood business and source the freshest seafood from all major providers internationally. We stock and supply many specialty lines including caviar, local oyster programs, Asian specialties and more. We are proud to support sustainable and local suppliers at all times possible.  

Cash and Carry

Our Cash and Carry department offers our full catalog of products without a minimum and is available for pick up at your convenience. With 5 bay doors and 6 reserved customer parking spots, we aim to make each experience easy and efficient for all customers who take advantage of this delivery alternative. Interested in learning about how you can save more? Our attention to quality means that each and every meal is carefully put together in our facility under the supervision of ServSafe and H.A.C.C.P. certified production staff. What’s more, our prepared meal program offers many healthy meal alternatives such as: fresh fruits, vegetables and multigrain products that include pastas, rice, and bakery goods.
